WR: Cruz, Wayne, Cobb, Bowe

I'm trying to upgrade at QB but none of the big boys (Brees, Rodgers, Brady, Ryan, RGIII) are getting moved. The guys I think I could acquire via trade (who might be upgrades) include Stafford, Palmer, Newton, and Luck. I think I could do a trade like Jennings for Palmer. Oak has been airing it out and their schedule is pretty easy ROS. Or I could try to put together a stronger package for Stafford or Newton (maybe something like Murray, Felix, and Bowe). Considering the relative prices, who's the target? Or stay put with Rivers?

Go for Palmer on the cheap. Even vs a team that doesn't give up many fantasy points to opposing QBs with Baltimore, he still ranked in the top 10 scoring QBs last week. Nice matchups down the road, he's the one I'd want.
