12 team TOTAL POINTS League, not h2h. Just been offered the following trade. It looks good for me on the surface, but I feel like I should sell high on Morris and I need WR depth. What do you guys think? I'm leaning towards doing it.

I GIVE: Alfred Morris and Torrey Smith

I GET: Dwayne Bowe and Brandon Lafell

This is a .5 PPR LEAGUE

QBs: Russell Wilson, Drew Brees (We start 2)
WR: Demaryius Thomas, Jordy Nelson, Roddy White (We start 3)
RB: Ryan Matthews and Alfred Morris
TE: Aaron Hernadez (Currently using Chandler)

Been alternating two flex spots with the following players:
Peyton Hillis
Mikel Leshoure
Torrey Smith
Pierre Thomas
Mark Ingram
Andrew Hawkins

I like the trade in terms of value so I'd jump on it.

I think Bowe is in line to have a huge game vs. the Saints in what should be a shootout. Lafell's game on Thurs. was affected by Cam Newton's poor play, the Panther's O-Line, and the play of the Giants overall, especially their pass rush, front four D.

The odds of Morris being a regular top back with the Redskins are against him. I wouldn't want to own any of Mike Shanahan's RBs.

After making this deal, I would let the dust settle over the weekend....eventually you should trade for a number one back...like Ray Rice...LeSean McCoy.

Hopefully you will be able to swing a deal later. Sure you will have more depth at WR with this deal but there will always be depth at WR on the wire...other positions too...but what is scarce in football these days are RBs that get touches everywhere and everytime...any part of the field...any down....these should be your targets.

Ryan Mathews will get a good workload this season but he hasn't proven that his body can take that beating in the past...you need to find someone else too...hopefully keeping Mathews in the process.
