my remaining RBs would be Best, Murray, and McGahee
and it would upgrade my WR3 from Greg Little
I think the difference between Gore and Best/Murray/McGahee is less than the difference between Jennings and Little, so I should do the deal, right?

Jennings is a definite upgrade over Little, but Gore is a beast (I don't buy the injury risk tag put on him). Best is still not cleared from his concussion issues, but McGahee and Murray should carry you if you only start 2 RBs. Starting 3 and you will be worse off.
