I have Gore/McCoy as my others backs, along with Nicks, S. Rice, Marshall as other receivers. Is this trade worth it or am I reaching a bit?

MJD is the best player so it wouldn't be ridiculous to take him. You'd be thin at WR though. Tough call but i do like selling Bowe while his value is probably as high as it will get this season.
