The owner I'd be trading with has a very dismal WR core. I think this is a fair trade, and as you can see I need the help at RB. I think I have enough depth at wide receiver in that this dosn't hurt me too much. Should I do this trade?

I think forte has more value. I know if I owned him I wouldn't accept that offer. But if you can get it, it would be good for you.
