If he does well this week you can do very well on someone who struggles and can by low on. Blount might be affordable. Depends on who you want.

I think if you want to try and trade him you should wait a couple weeks. His next couple matchups arent that bad, and someone in your league may get an injury and be desperate. Plus if he puts up good numbers he will be worth more. On a side note, I don't think I would be looking to shop him unless you get a pretty big upgrade. IMO he will be pretty solid this year. What I mean is sure he only carried the ball 11 times, but he is in a 70/30 split where he will get the majority of touches. And he will get plenty of targets, he had 9 catches this week. I think he will produce solid numbers. If MIA is ahead he will get alot of runs, if they are way behind, then he is by far the better reciever.... I think being in NO was actually bad for him since they had soooo many weapons.

I agree completely with everything you said. Now I just need to keep an eye on my bench and see if I can use anyone wisely to make some good trades.
