News from the ever-so-quiet Big Blue Marble division. We drafted last night. Bushwood Varmint Cong considers himself an early favorite and he may be right. A couple of us had some ESPN access issues - mine was brief and then resolved - but all-in-all a good draft for everyone.

Here's my roster.

16th Pick: Ryan Howard (another .250 will kill me - but I thought he'd fallen far enough)
33rd Pick: B.J. Upton (I'm expecting more power but got him for the steals)
40th Pick: Francisco Liriano (can't stand picking SPs early so I waited for the 2009 Cy Young winner)
57th Pick: Joey Votto (five Ohio guys in this league so let the trade talk begin - I like him though)
64th Pick: Joakim Soria (third reliever to go but I like him #1 and didn't want to wait much longer)
81st Pick: Chad "Break a Leg" Billingsley (see above: C-Bill is a Defiance, Ohio native)
88th Pick: Stephen Drew (panicking already?)
105th Pick: Lastings Milledge (crazy man-love for this guy)
112th Pick: Howie Kendrick (kept thinking about Howard hitting .250 and sought to offset this some)
136th Pick: Chris Iannetta (a reach - I like him - but could have waited a few rounds for a decent C)
153rd Pick: Aaron Harang (expecting a better season)
160th Pick: Adam Jones (it's all about the upside)
177th Pick: Delmon Young (it's all about the upside)

Nice breakdown. You took Liriano 40th overall? I like him, but that's real early. Kendrick's going to offset the nice mood you have before you look at your team. You started picking risky upside guys a bit too early... Like from the Milledge pick on. It's a solid team if all your question marks turn out on the positive side.
