I really like Liriano this year, but I want to make sure I don't draft him too early. When is it too soon to grab him, you think?

I have been in 8 mocks, and 2 "real" drafts and he is going 170-190 overall every time.
I think if you have 4 or so quality SP already, getting him anywhere around 180 is great.
