10 Team Yahoo League, H2H

Runs (R), Singles (1B), Doubles (2B), Triples (3B), Home Runs (HR), Runs Batted In (RBI), Stolen Bases (SB), Walks (BB), Strikeouts (K), Ground Into Double Play (GIDP), Batting Average (AVG)

Innings Pitched (IP), Wins (W), Losses (L), Complete Games (CG), Shutouts (SHO), Saves (SV), Earned Runs (ER), Walks (BB), Strikeouts (K), Holds (HLD), Earned Run Average (ERA), (Walks + Hits)/ Innings Pitched (WHIP), Blown Saves (BSV)

I'm picking 10th.

There are 11 Offensive and 13 Pitching categories. After the first 4 to 5 rounds would you focus on picking up solid 2nd and 3rd tier starters in order to capitalize on the abundance of pitching stats? I mean, if i get a few of the top work horses that will get me complete games there's no reason why I can't win IP, W, CG, SHO, ER, K, ERA, WHIP every week.

I hate to punt other categories to do so, but that's a solid 8 stats.

Do you think i should lay off till later rounds and pick up all lower tier guys and follow Rule 3 of your H2H strategy. (3. Starters, Starters, Starters…)

Sure... Grab at least one closer though.

If you want me to look at your team, post the team. Don't post a link to another site where the team is.
Have you given me all the info I need to judge your team? The number of teams in the league is a good start for the big overall questions.
Is your league H2H? Roto?
I don't know who's on your waivers. Don't just ask me who you should pick up. Give me names to choose from.
If you only have one team, post your team in your signature with the league parameters.
I don't know every single matchup for next week, so if you want me to choose a player for the following week and you think the matchups are important, tell me who they're facing.
