halladay/cano for kinsler/soriano

Postby ticklesack » Tue Aug 19, 2008 11:36 am

12 team standard 5x5 roto keeper league, $300 cap, add $3 per keeper:

i give halladay $37 and cano $10 and i get kinsler $10 and soriano $50.

or

i give halladay and cano for rios $13 and soriano $50.

i wasn't going to keep halladay at $37 and i won't keep soriano at $50. the deal is pretty much cano for kinsler, or rios, for me long term. i have wiggington and ian stewart as other options for 2B until next year. thoughts?

I'd send off Cano for Kinsler as long as you're playing for next year and don't need Kinsler for this year.

If you want me to look at your team, post the team. Don't post a link to another site where the team is.
Have you given me all the info I need to judge your team? The number of teams in the league is a good start for the big overall questions.
Is your league H2H? Roto?
I don't know who's on your waivers. Don't just ask me who you should pick up. Give me names to choose from.
If you only have one team, post your team in your signature with the league parameters.
I don't know every single matchup for next week, so if you want me to choose a player for the following week and you think the matchups are important, tell me who they're facing.

which deal is better, the one with rios or the one with kinsler? i think kinsler is better overall, but rios is bound to bust out one of these years.

That's what I meant by saying I'd send Cano for Kinsler. That deal is better. Kinsler is at a shallower position and is a legit 20/20 hitter. Next year, he'll be drafted before Rios.
