Was thinking of moving Campillo for a...gulp...closer, or maybe another bat, perhaps a Campillo/Beltre or Campillo/CBY package.

Thoughts on a possible target? Or don't do this at all?

If anything I'd want until the MLB trading deadline to see if you still have two closers, if you don't I'd consider getting a closer at that point.

I'd hold on to him. He has name recognition issues since he's pretty much a rookie and hasn't gotten the attention he deserves. I'd wager you'd have more success moving a bigger name such as Haren for a big time closer or multiple smaller ones if you really need saves. Haren is notorious for second half deflations, and as such, his value is probably at it's peak.
