How valuable is Wright?
I'm decent at SP but am always looking to improve. Right now my SP's are...

Lincecum
Shields
Wainwright (DL)
Joba
Wainwright
Owings
On offense I've got the following...
Wright and Miggy Cabrera are 3rd base eligible.
Miggy, Giambi, Swisher, and Conor Jackson are all 1st base eligible.
This guy just offered me CC Sabathia and Mike Lowell for David Wright. Actually, if I decide to do it and I may....I may counter with that same trade plus an Owings for Rich Harden swap. I'm almost ready to dump Owings anyway so getting a stud in Harden who's going to get hurt is better than nothing.
What do you think? How valuable is Wright? I consider this especially because there are so many decent 1st base sluggers to fit in if I want to move Miggy to 3rd. But when healthy, Lowell's no slouch either.

see if you can get someone other than lowell
otherwise, try to move one of your 1b but will make the trade big
don't forget to think from his side, he may not be willing to lose both CC and harden

I really would like more opinions on this today if possible.
Is CC Sabathia, Mike Lowell, and Harden a good trade for David Wright and Owings? I have Miggy to play 3rd or 1st if I want to start Lowell there. Plus I've also got Giambi, CoJack, and Swisher for 1st if needed and Mark Reynolds is sitting on our waiver wire.
Please help a brother out.
