I didn't misspell Manny, I meant many as in numerous. I am trying to to make about three different deals that all depend on the other. Like this
Trade Soria and Buehrle for Lester
Soria for Nolasco
Soria and Buehrle for Josh Johnson
Soria Nunez and Buehrle for J. Santana
These are all with different owners. I will take any of them. Once one of these is completed I will then work on one owner who owns Hamilton, Cabrera, Rodriguez, A. Gonzalez. Based on your 2nd 1/2 rankings I'm going to go after Cabrera.
I have offered Gallardo and Kazmir; if he balks I may offer Gallardo and Price although I do not want to. This may seem low but this guy has the worst SP imaginable. If I can get Cabrera, I will then work on trading Ryan Zimmerman for another top level SP.
The idea for all this being I trim the fat, and get the best possible players. So while losing Soria, Zimmerman, and Gallardo is a lot, the potential gain of Lester, Cabrera and say a J. Johnson or Santana type makes be better. I think anyway.
Does this all seem like a sound strategy? If not, which part of it do you not like? Also if the 2nd owner is unwilling to go on Cabrera, in which order would you go after the rest in AROD, AGONZ and Hamilton?
Thank you for the 2nd 1/2 rankings. I can read the shit out of some rankings thats for sure. And not just baseball. If somebody Ranks something, anything, I'm there.
I think that makes sense... A-Rod, Hamilton, A-Gonz...
