Yasiel Puig or Dozier and Alvarez

Postby BlakeStreetBombers » Fri Jun 27, 2014 6:49 am

I was offered Dozier and Alvarez for Yasiel Puig. My gut says no, although Dozier would be a nice upgrade. This is an OBP dynasty format. I have OF depth, but is Puig too much to give up to upgrade Pedroia and Wright?

Would Choo or Shields be a good counteroffer or Puig for Donaldson and Dozier? His team is last in pitching and he also has Donaldson and Murphy at 2B and 3B.

My team is in the sig below.
10 Team 5x5 Dynasty League using OBP and QS instead of Avg and Wins. We keep 23 + 1 minor leaguer.

C- Cervelli
1B - Albert Pujols (K)
2B - Dozier (K)
3B - Nolan Arenado (K)
SS - Troy Tulowitzki (K)
MI - Wong (K)
CI - Santana (K)
OF - Blackmon (K)
OF - Brett Gardner (K)
OF - Brantley (K)
OF - Nelson Cruz (K)
DH - K. Davis (K)
Bench - Moreland, Victor Martinez, Adam Eaton (K), Melky Cabrera, Parra, Grichuk (K)

P - Felix (K)
P - Sale (K)
P - Kluber (K)
P - Shields (K)
P - Tyson Ross (K)
Bench - J. Garcia, Joe Ross, Salazar (K)

Injured - Burnett, Stroman (K)

Minor - Olivera (K)

RP - Familia (K)
RP - Tolleson (K)
RP - Rosenthal (K)
Bench - Ziegler, Gregerson

Hold Puig... Choo and Shields aren't getting that done, but you can try

If you want me to look at your team, post the team. Don't post a link to another site where the team is.
Have you given me all the info I need to judge your team? The number of teams in the league is a good start for the big overall questions.
Is your league H2H? Roto?
I don't know who's on your waivers. Don't just ask me who you should pick up. Give me names to choose from.
If you only have one team, post your team in your signature with the league parameters.
I don't know every single matchup for next week, so if you want me to choose a player for the following week and you think the matchups are important, tell me who they're facing.

Would Nelson Cruz be a good offer instead of Puig for Dozier and Alvarez?
