In my h2h 10 team money league (weekly roster settings), I'm currently kicking ass in first place with my only clear weakness being catcher and a 5th starting pitcher, and that's not even a serious weakness. It's a pretty strong team, but I want to make sure that I don't have to start the Jeff Neimann or Gavin Floyd's of the world every week. I have an overabundance of middle infielders, and I've been talking to a guy currently in 3rd place who is looking for MI help. His top three pitchers are Haren, Verlander and Cain.

Here is my team:

Rod Beck's Doublewide
Active Batters

Iannetta, Chris C COL
Cabrera, Miguel 1B DET
Pedroia, Dustin 2B BOS
Rodriguez, Alex 3B NYY
Rollins, Jimmy SS PHI
Phillips, Brandon MI CIN
Sandoval, Pablo CI SF
Cruz, Nelson R. RF TEX
Dye, Jermaine RF CHW
Lind, Adam LF TOR
Reimold, Nolan OF BAL
Zobrist, Ben U TB

Active Pitchers (start 5 SP, 2 RP)
Baker, Scott SP MIN
Billingsley, Chad SP LA
Harang, Aaron SP CIN
Jackson, Edwin SP DET
Niemann, Jeff SP TB
Vazquez, Javier SP ATL
Nathan, Joe RP MIN
Sherrill, George RP BAL

Reserve Batters
Konerko, Paul 1B CHW
Bourn, Michael CF HOU

Reserve Pitchers
Floyd, Gavin SP CHW
Shields, James SP TB
Francisco, Frank RP TEX
Wells, Randy RP CHC

Injured Batters
Ramirez, Aramis 3B CHC

Note: I'm only benching Shields this week because it's a quality starts instead of wins league and I was hoping for at least one QS from Neimann in his 2 start week. Also, I'm normally starting Bourn, but I'm conceding the category this week.

So with Aramis coming back in a few weeks, I'll need to find some space for him. My opponent just needs offense, and I can basically pick and choose one of Verlander, Haren or Cain to trade for one of my MI and/or outfielders.

If this was your team, what would you offer? Something like Zobrist for Haren? Rollins/Reimold for Haren? Pedroia/Dye for Haren? Pedroia OR Rollins for Verlander? Rollins for Cain?

Also, am I going in the wrong direction here? Should I be looking to trade for an up grade in the OF or something?

He's going to go for Zobrist for Haren straight up, but then with Rollins for Haren you need to throw in Reimold because Rollins isn't enough? Or Pedroia isn't enough so you need Dye? Slightly confused, but if you can trade Zobrist straight up for Haren, I'd do it.

Have you given me all the info I need to judge your team? The number of teams in the league is a good start for the big overall questions.
Is your league H2H? Roto?
I don't know who's on your waivers. Don't just ask me who you should pick up. Give me names to choose from.
If you only have one team, post your team in your signature with the league parameters.
I don't know every single matchup for next week, so if you want me to choose a player for the following week and you think the matchups are important, tell me who they're facing.

He doesn't think that Zobrist is enough for Haren. Offered Zobrist for Verlander and he denied it to my relief. He just offered Cain for Rollins. In my situation, I'm considering accepting this. I can't really afford to lose Benzo's offense and Rollins isn't doing much for me. In any other league, this offer would tilt heavily in Rollins' favor, right? In my situation, I think this is probably the best I can do for him.

Yeah, for Rollins in most circumstances, but might be the best you can do. Maybe F-Her?

He just countered with Phillips and Floyd for Cain. I'm tempted, but it leans like Pisa in his favor.

Haven't all of these deals leaned in his favor?

You're right.

After all this, I'm not trading. It's best to just sit on these guys and hope someone approaches me with a serious offer.

In this same league, I was just offered this trade from another team owner:

V-Mart/Wainwright
for
Iannetta/Phillips/Lind

Going by the same team info above (plus the addition of FA pickup Juan Rivera), what do you think of this?

I'd take the V-Mart side.

Is dropping Iannetta for Napoli advisable, or is it more of a meh?
