ALBERT PUJOLS

Postby shutupandball » Fri Jun 21, 2013 7:53 am

last night, i read an article explaining how albert pujols had a mechanical flaw in his swing that was causing his injury woes due to unnecessary stressful motions that he has fixed. he even claims to feel like he "did in st louis" which makes me REALLY want to grab him considering he has been absolutely raking for the past few days. so the question is, IF pujols is the PUJOLS OF OLD again, how does the following trade stack up?

verlander and either billy butler or mitch moreland for albert pujols

i feel i have the pitching to spare, while potentially buying a top 5 bat. and i intend on offering verlander straight up first before this counter offer.

well after a few counter offers it became obvious that i will not be making the deal.

he was not budging off of his requirement of stanton/gio gonzales for pujols/zito and i simply say eff that haha
