12 team keeper, auction league, salaries aside what do you think? All players have reasonable salaries except for Wainwright who is $8 on a $40 roster so he's tough to keep

rules are you can't drop anyone until they hit the DL or get sent down to the minors

$40 roster, salary increases by .10 every year

I've been offered:

·Wilhelmsen, Tom RP SEA
·Avila, Alex C DET
·Kemp, Matt CF LAD
·Zimmerman, Ryan 3B WAS
·Bailey, Homer SP CIN
·Keppinger, Jeff 3B CHW
·Bruce, Jay RF CIN

If I give up

·Wainwright, Adam SP STL
·Cruz, Nelson RF TEX
·Yelich, Christian LF MIA
·Utley, Chase 2B PHI
·Frazier, Todd 3B CIN
·Latos, Mat SP CIN
·McCann, Brian C ATL

Is this even fair? It's so huge I can't tell but I'm wondering if the buy low on Kemp/Bruce/Zimmerman is worth it....

Thanks!

It is fair. The Kemp side has a ton of upside. Biggest issue is that the side giving up Wainwright is giving up a lot of pitching without getting much in return. So this really changes the dynamic of that team.

awesome thanks as always for your feedback Maddib!

Anyone else feel like this is fair? I've got one of the weaker teams in the league, inherited it last year and it might be worth building off of...

I would personally do it. Especially if your playing for the future. Kemp/Bruce is a great haul of a buy low, again, especially for next year. It sucks to give up in May, but i believe (more so in Bruce, Kemp power gone for a while) that both these players will be more than productive this year as well when all is said and done. Aside from AW ( who you stated is overpriced), I don't think you're giving up all that much when you break it down- take out the names that don't really matter.

ha thanks, yeah it's a deepish 23 man roster and rules are strange so you have to trade position for position during the regular season, yeah a pain in the arse but it's the rules hence the scrubs mixed in with the others etc...

I've countered asking for samardija intead of wilhelmson, we'll see...
