Longo for Beltre

You wanna trade who for who? Wow, that's awful/great/horrendous/beautiful/really terrible?

Longo for Beltre

This just came over to me this morning, Longo for Beltre. At first I brushed it off but the more I think, sounding better all the time. Texas took a hit to the offense this past offseason plus Longoria seems primed for a big year even though his lineup isn't exactly murderer's row either. What do you guys think? Thanks!

Personally I would probably roll the dice with Longoria. I think he can be a top 10 player if he can stay healthy. The problem is that he rarely stays healthy. Beltre is a pretty safe player even though he might not have the upside that Longoria has.

I drafted Beltre instead of Longo. I've been second guessing myself ever since. I think I would do that trade.
