15 keeper league trade options

Postby p0rk burn » Wed Mar 13, 2013 11:54 am

The weakness of my team is definitely arms (at least, was coming into this season). Another manager is looking to fill a hole or two of his own. He's sniffing at Prince or Rizzo and is willing to swap Weaver.

Obviously I'm stacked at first with Prince/Rizzo/Votto.

What deal makes sense for one of my first basemen?

As required by our contract, I have sacrificed three goats and a calf in exchange for your sage advice.

I would only be trading a Votto or Prince for the likes of Strasburg, Verlander, Kershaw....I would wait though...there is always pitching available...solid production at 1B ...I'm talking elite production like Votto/Prince is worth a king's ransom...even King Felix might not be enough.

I would try to trade Rizzo for Sale...especially if the other guy is high on Rizzo...I would probably do Rizzo for Shelby too. If you can get Weaver for Rizzo...do it...I wouldn't trade Prince for Weaver straight up though.

Your expendable guys for a trade would be Uggla, Pence, Victorino in terms of upgrades...they are older and should be on the top of your list for getting rid of to improve your team.
