I am in a dynasty league and am being offered my Kipnis (I have BPhillips) for Archer and the 12th overall pick in the draft which will be one of these guys most likely: Arcia, Puig, Bradley, Barnes, Hicks, Cowart, Springer or Wacha
Thoughts?

I think I would keep Kipnis. None of the guys you are getting are that great. They all seem mid-tier prospects with probably half of them busting at some point. Kipnis is already a decent 2B option with upside of being a top 5 guy at some point in his career.
