I am a bit hesitant because I drafted Sandoval as insurance for Longoria.

You also have Todd Frazier to back up Longoria. Goldschmidt is the best player in the trade, and I want to say do it because of that, but then you're heavy at 1B. So, if you do end up making this trade, then you should probably try to shed one of your first basemen for a pitcher.

there you're wrong. he might be this year, but at the moment he's nothing more than a popular pick to be the next Votto.

I like the Goldy/Moore side in the long term but Grienke/Panda more for this season, if that helps.

Oh, it definitely helps. Thanks. This is my first dynasty so just trying to juggle between staying competitive as well as keeping the future bright. I was thinking this trade would help me more long term but hurt my current chances. I could proably us an OF more but that has been difficult.

I think it's obviously a very fair offer.....but I'd personally want the Goldschmidt/Moore side, and by a decent margin.
