Best choice from a few trade options for CF help

Postby thorbs » Thu Feb 28, 2013 2:28 pm

I've got a few offers on the table to tighten up my CF position in my semi-dynasty league (format/keepers below, but short version is keep 20 + 8 minor leaguers).

Right now I'm planning on trotting Leonys Martin out as my starting CF but would like to upgrade there, as he's far from a sure thing.

I can do one of:

My Kinsler for Adam Jones (keep Utley instead for 2B)

My Ethier for Victorino

My Pujols/Ethier or Swisher for Bautista/Choo

I'm leaning towards pulling the trigger on both A and B, as I have Delino DeShields Jr. on my minors roster, and can take a flyer on a 2B in the draft as well, and my OF would be sexy as f*** with Braun, Jones, Bruce and Victorino.

12-team, 10x9 H2H, NS + H, OPS, etc.; 20 MLB, 8 MiLB keepers
Cx2: Hundley/Castillo
1B/3B/CI: Goldschmidt/Arenado/Frazier
SS/2B/MI: Y. Escobar/Kinsler/Odor
LF/CF/RF/OFx2: Trout/Bryant/Yelich/Garcia/Tucker
UTILx2: Pujols/Votto
Bench: Espinosa, Refsnyder
SP: Hamels, Greinke, Shields, Samardzjia, A. Wood, Shoemaker, McCullers, Heaney, Erasmo, Cody Anderson
RP: Britton/Ziegler/Hoover/Caminero/Ramos
DL: Souza/Swihart/Paxton
Minors: Wall (COL), Norris (TOR), Ozuna (MIA), Conforto (NYM), Olson (OAK), Shipley (ARI), Tapia (COL), Snell (TB)

I like A the most. B is ok but I am not that sold on Victorino all that much.
