Upton @ 19 with contract expiring this year
Traded for
Bumgarner @ 11 with contract expiring after 2015
And
Cueto @ 5 with contract expiring after 2014
Traded for
Goldschmidt @ 4 with contract expiring after 2014
Assuming these teams traded with needs in mind are these pretty even?

They are fairly even. A commish should not veto them if that is what you are asking.
The first one is tough to decide. If it was only for this year I would go with Jupton, but because of the additional two years with the pitcher it makes for a rough decision.
In the other trade, I much prefer Goldschmidt.
