I give Desmond $16 and Harvey 4 and get Hamels 22 Hunter Morris. 4. Which side is better? I could use a top ace like Hamels but at the expense of Desmond and Harvey?

I think I would stand pat. Harvey is pretty darn good and could be a top pitcher for you at some point. Plus it costs less money to keep what you have and I don't see enough good reasons to do this deal.
