Hey folks,

I'm thinking of offering Hamilton / SP (think Lannan or Kendrick) for Trumbo/Scherzer.
Thoughts? Should I try to pry away a prospect like Sano or Synegaard?

You do need an SP and I like Scherzer, but don't love this trade...

If you want me to look at your team, post the team. Don't post a link to another site where the team is.
Have you given me all the info I need to judge your team? The number of teams in the league is a good start for the big overall questions.
Is your league H2H? Roto?
I don't know who's on your waivers. Don't just ask me who you should pick up. Give me names to choose from.
If you only have one team, post your team in your signature with the league parameters.
I don't know every single matchup for next week, so if you want me to choose a player for the following week and you think the matchups are important, tell me who they're facing.

Thanks Grey! I was targeting Trumbo since he could replace Hamilton in the OF. He also has H. Ramirez and C. Santana (along with Sano and Syngaard - but I'm not really looking for more prospects at this point). Maybe I'll try to swing something to get another offensive piece.

You need more if you are dealing Hamilton. Fine with what you are getting but I don't love what you are giving up.

You're right, Maudib. I think I just need to hold for now and let his value rise in my league - the other folks seem to undervalue him due to his age (it is a dynasty league afterall) and his past injuries. But I think he's going to be just fine in LA. I'll let the season dictate my next move for now.
