would you flip Scott Downs and Nick Johnson for Garrett Atkins?

Atkins would be replacing a blah-toon of Johnson and Conor Jackson.

My other relievers in the 12 team mixed league are Hoffman, Cordero, Andrew Bailey and Ryan Madson.
