dude in my (weekly h2h nonkeeper yahoo) league has been benching ellsbury for a while b/c he has a bunch of OFs and is now trying to shop him for a SP.

i also have a lot of OFs (crawford, quentin (BN), kemp (BN), hamilton, markakis, victorino, alexei ramirez (BN) and chase headley (BN)), but ellsbury could be a nice upgrade since i (astoundingly?) keep losing in the SB cat.

so, i think he's going to make an offer for one of my SPs. which of the following would be a good deal:

sheets
lackey
harang
verlander (just picked up on waivers)
dempster

i also have guthrie and wellemeyer, but doubt he'll offer for them.

if i lost a SP, i'd pick up parra, liriano or arroyo.

Jacoby is extremely valuable. He could get >120 runs and 60 SB's plus decent numbers everywhere else. I'd give him any of those SP's and try to flip Crawford for Webb or Hamels as you won't need steals anymore.
