I figure I can pick up Adams or Rizzo to fill my "1B prospect" slot. But Hosmer seems to have a better chance of turning things around than Lincecum does, and I can keep him as a 14th round pick next season (Lincecum would cost me a 2nd round pick).

I guess another way of phrasing the question would be
1. When should Hosmer get put on waivers?
2. When should Lincecum get put on waivers?
