My league has a 1386 IP limit.

I have plenty of SP, see team in the sig. I got Garza in a steal trade so I'm trying to off Strasburg because I think he has more trade value(sexy!). I like (love) him, but worried about the inning limit and injury potential, plus my SS/MI is a mess.

Would you deal him for:

Starlin Castro? (I'd say yes)

Brandon Phillips? (meh, ok)

Elvis Andrus? (eergh, why did I wait till rd 15 to draft a SS)

I got a trade out right now for McCutchen for Stras + Bryce Harper, but I don't think it's a go. I doubt I could get Castro. Are either of the other two worth pursuing? Same owner has Castro and Andrus, but I know he has Starlin written all over his trapper keeper (and we play with MI).

Holy crap, as a Castro owner, I'd be thrilled to get StratosphereBurger. That's in a vacuum, however. It just seems that Stras can have a significantly greater influence on 3/5 categories (even in a shortened season) than Castro can on BA/Steals/Runs. Then consider that Stras would hold his own in Wins with that team and Castro's power outage and lack of RBI opportunities in that lineup...then the possibility of the Nats playing Stras a bit more than the original IP limit...

Or maybe I've just gotten sucked in to the sexiness factor that you alluded to in your post.

Ok so I got it sitting in my inbox. McCutchen for Strasburg and Harper.

Pull the trigger?

If you want me to look at your team, post the team. Don't post a link to another site where the team is.
Have you given me all the info I need to judge your team? The number of teams in the league is a good start for the big overall questions.
Is your league H2H? Roto?
I don't know who's on your waivers. Don't just ask me who you should pick up. Give me names to choose from.
If you only have one team, post your team in your signature with the league parameters.
I don't know every single matchup for next week, so if you want me to choose a player for the following week and you think the matchups are important, tell me who they're facing.
