I was offered Votto for Justin Upton and Jordan Zimmermann.

I'm worried about Upton, but I don't think I'm that worried. What do you think?

I countered with Upton + Zimm for Miggy since I could really use him at 3B, but I doubt that gets accepted. This dude LOVES Miggy and who can blame him.


Should I take Votto or hold tight?

Id go for Votto. Upton is iffy this year and Zimmerman is just another pitcher who could end up with shoulder/arm issues next week. Votto is top 3 at his position and not going anywhere.

Put another one in the Votto column. I want he best player in the deal, even moreso since you have 2 UTIL spots to make OF & 1B kinda interchangable.
J. Upton is hurting too and you have no idea when Kirk is going to shut him down because "at some point you have to start thinking long term."

I keep Upton and J Zimm. Upton will come close to votto in most cats...and J Zimm could easily be a top 15 SP.

I would take votto

I ended up giving up Upton and Mike Minor for Votto. Minor looks untouchable over his last few starts, but I think he has more ups and downs than Zim has this year.
