New trade offer - please help

Postby mannybeingmanny » Sat Jun 14, 2008 9:32 am

I have been offered BJ Upton and D DeJesus for Ellsbury and A Gordon. It's a H2H 5x5 (normal) keeper league. I'm not crazy on DeJesus nor I am I thrilled w/ Gordon. But I am a Sox die hard, help me be objective.

Here is my roster:
Dioner Navarro
Ryan Doumit
Prince Fielder
Chase Utley
Mike Lowell
Alex Gordon
Jorge Cantú
Cristian Guzmán
Troy Tulowitzki DL
Alex Rios
Carlos Quentin
Shane Victorino
Jacoby Ellsbury

Relief Pitchers
Brian Fuentes
Brian Wilson
Jon Rauch
Salomón Torres
Todd Jones

Starters
Jair Jurrjens
C.C. Sabathia
José Contreras
Aaron Harang
Scott Baker
Matt Cain
Bartolo Colón
Dice-K DL

Take the deal. Upton's too good to pass up.

If you want me to look at your team, post the team. Don't post a link to another site where the team is.
Have you given me all the info I need to judge your team? The number of teams in the league is a good start for the big overall questions.
Is your league H2H? Roto?
I don't know who's on your waivers. Don't just ask me who you should pick up. Give me names to choose from.
If you only have one team, post your team in your signature with the league parameters.
I don't know every single matchup for next week, so if you want me to choose a player for the following week and you think the matchups are important, tell me who they're facing.

Thanks Grey.

I have also been offered C Billingsly and Conor Jackson for Rios and M Cain any thoughts on that offer? I know everyone is hoping for Cain to break out in 2nd half; the prevailing thought seems to be the same about Rios.

I'd prefer the Rios/Cain side.
