I drafted ARod with the third pick in my draft before any mention of a hip injury. I have since been trying to trade him. I am not one to be patient with injuries. I have gotten many crappy deals, but just got one that looks decent. Tell me what you think.

I give up: Alex Rodriguez, Cole Hamels and Delmon Young.
I receive: Evan Longoria, Daisuke Matsuzaka, and Jason Werth.

As much as it hurts losing Cole Hamels (which I wasnt planning on moving) I just may have to. What do you guys think on this trade offer?

This is not awful. Dice-K is a step down from Hamels, but if you're nervous about A-Rod I could see you doing it.
