I have a proposed trade offer. I would receive Cain, Halladay and Matsui and trade F. Rodriguez, Ellsbury, and Shields. Should I do it or counter the offer? Rosters are listed below.

If you want me to look at your team, post the team. Don't post a link to another site where the team is.
Have you given me all the info I need to judge your team? The number of teams in the league is a good start for the big overall questions.
Is your league H2H? Roto?
I don't know who's on your waivers. Don't just ask me who you should pick up. Give me names to choose from.
If you only have one team, post your team in your signature with the league parameters.
I don't know every single matchup for next week, so if you want me to choose a player for the following week and you think the matchups are important, tell me who they're facing.

He countered wiht Cain and Matsui for Ellsbury. Not sure if I like it.

Can you stream pitchers? Why would you want another good pitcher? I think you have a lot of boom or bust type pitchers but the key word is alot. You should be able to find a pretty good staff with all those pieces eventually. I know a few will be hurt or suck but you have like a dozen already.
Matsui is part of a OF/DH logjam in NY so when is he going to get ABs? I wouldn't even want him on my team.
IMO i dont think you need another starter unless you are packaging one or more of yours.
Just curious is this a h2h or roto style scoring and how many teams 10?
