I'm in a Roto 5 X 5 league and have been offered Kazmir for Crawford straight up. I have 6 OF and only start 5. I probably need to be asking for a better pitcher in return? Any thoughts? Also, some dude went crazy on closers so I was shut out. What should I do as far as closers go? Listed below is my roster followed by his:

First, don't sweat the closers. If you pay attention to Razzball and the comments during the season, someone is always dropping in to announce that this or that closer is out and this new closer is in. You'll be fine for now. If it gets to the ASB and you're falling behind badly, you can look to bulk up saves quickly.
As for the trade, you need someone much better than Kazmir, or you need to trade someone worst than Crawford.
