HOWARD FOR BERKMAN?

I am in a 10 team points league and was offered Ryan Howard for Lance Berkman. Any thoughts Grey or anyone else? I would get Howard. My team is listed below as well as the scoring system. Thanks for your help in advance.

3B - Triples 3 points
BB - Walks (Batters) 1 point
CS - Caught Stealing -1 point
HBP - 1 point
HR - Home Runs 4 points
KO - Strikeouts (Batter) -0.5 points
R - Runs 1 point
RBI - Runs Batted In 1 point
SB - Stolen Bases 2 points

Rather than me do the math, do you have how many points Berkman and Howard earned last year respectively?

Have you given me all the info I need to judge your team? The number of teams in the league is a good start for the big overall questions.
Is your league H2H? Roto?

Grey, here are there statlines for 2008. Berkman is listed 1st, followed by Howard.

Yeah, that's what I assumed. The Ks really kill Howard's value in your format. I think Howard's going to be slightly better this year and Berkman's not going to be quite as good, but I still wouldn't bother with this trade. It's not worth the risk.
