Top PR/KRs?

I am in a league that gives 1 point for every 10 kick/punt return yardage. I think it's dumb but I will use it to me advantage. This is for all positions too. CBs included.

So far I have Leon Washington, Clifton Smith, Andre Davis, Justin Miller, Josh Wilson and Leodis McKelvin and Johnnie Lee Higgins.

Norwood is also in FA, but I need to drop a RB to get him. My RBs are Pierre Thomas, Ryan Grant, Leon Washington and Clifton smith. Should I drop someone to get him?

Your thoughts of anyone else I should go after?

Drop Clifton Smith for Norwood. Norwood should see about 5-10 touches per game, and will return kicks. Smith is 4th on the depth chart at RB and will only return kicks and punts. And if Turner goes down, Norwood is there to take over.

McGee lost his jost from what I've read. Justin Miller is fighting for his and Josh Wilson too.
