I am in a league that counts KR/PR yardage also. It's stupid but it is what it is. Most people don't pay enough attention to it. What it essentially does is deepen the pool of serviceable RB/WR's. So what I try to do is in the 1st 3 rounds draft 2 elite WR's and an elite QB. So here it is, the "El Dorado" of draft lists for leagues that count KR/PR.
These players either return BOTH kicks and punts or they return one of them and are also 3rd WR/Backup RB's which means they will be starters if the guy in front of them gets hurt. I've listed them sequentially by draft position (which is in parenthesis). These are the Yahoo rankings so I don't know if that's different from ESPN or not. One guy in my league is on Razzball a lot like me so I'm hoping he doesn't get ahold of this list but he's probably got a similar one anyway.

1) Wes Welker (41)
2) Felix Jones (72)
3) DeSean Jackson (80)
4) Darren Sproles (86)
5) Devin Hester (98)
6) Steve Breaston (99)
7) LeSean McCoy (102)
8) Ahmad Bradshaw (110)
9) Jerious Norwood (125)
10) Percy Harvin (139)
11) Jeremy Maclin (161)
12) Devone Bess (196)
13) Johnnie Lee Higgins (1398)
14) Josh Cribbs (1743)
Shady wasn't a returner at Pitt, and with options like DeSean, Demps, Hobbs, and Maclin, i doubt he will be in Philly.
