12 team H2H PPR league with TD passes also worth 6 points instead of 4. We start 1 QB, 2RB, 3WR, 1 RB/WR, 1 TE, 1K, and 1 DEF

I kept Slaton, Andre Johnson and Wes Welker. I lost my 2nd, 4th, and 16th round picks for these keepers. I have the 8th slot, but 7th pick overall due to keepers. Now here is my dilemma. These are the top guys available at each position

QB - Brady, Warner
RB - Barber, Gore, S. Jackson, LT,
WR - Moss, Wayne,
TE - Dallas Clark, Gates, Gonzalez

I know, brady, gore and jackson will be gone. probably moss and wayne. The talk is that pick 6 is going with barber leaving me with LT. I would be fine with LT. However, if 6 takes LT, I do not want Barber. The next ranked RB's are Ward, Rice, Grant, K. Smith, R. Brown or White. WR's are A. Gonzalez, Houshmandzadeh, ochocinco, owens, or coles. Big ben, Cutler, romo, shaub, Garrard, Palmer, etc... are still out there for QB. I don't think taking warner is necessary, but I think Warner will put up top ten numbers again, making him a fantastic addition to my stud WR's. I know I need another RB though and I think taking warner first round would be way too early. Any suggestions?

I like Brown out of what's left if you don't get LT. I think the QB's are deep enough for you to wait.

If Wayne is available, would you take LT over wayne? What about Wayne over Brown? Having three WR who might catch 100 balls would be a very good way to start a team.

A lot depends on what RB you would get stuck with just to get 3 top WR's. If you think you can get somebody you'll be happy with go for it, but I rather have a top #2 RB than a top #3 WR.

If wayne fell to me, then LT and either barber or possibly brown were taken. I'm just exploring my options. I know I need another RB, but since it's a PPR league, top WR are worth quite a bit.

I'd go (in this order): LT, SJax, Gore, Moss, Wayne, Brady, Barber. But there is a large drop off after Brady, very large. if you don't think you're getting one of those top 6 guys, i'd try to swap your first 2 picks with the guy picking 11 or 12.

i lied, just saw you lost your 2nd rounder. that means if you take a WR first round, you wont get your RB2 til the 3rd round. You very comfortable with Rice, White, or Ward as your RB2? I'd go LT, SJax, Gore, Barber, Moss, Wayne, Brady.

Well, I talked to some guys last night, and it appears the order willl go S.Jax, LT, Gore, Brady, Moss, Barber. Leaving me with Wayne if I want him or I can try to trade down. I like the idea of having wayne. Especially since we start 3 WR. Wayne will more than likely have better numbers than any othe RB I can grab, since its a PPR. There are alot of people missing their 2nd and 3rd picks. I have the 22 pick overall in the 3rd round. So only 15 picks later I will be able to grab a RB. From what I hear, no one is high on Ronnie brown at all. like, thinking mid 3rd or early 4th round. I still might be able to snag him. I like ward going into this year, so I would be ok, not happy, but ok with having him.

Sounds like a plan Cleave. Wayne will be very good this year. 90 receptions sounds about right and that will work in your ppr league.

Well, wayne will fall to me for sure. The guy ahead of me kept Bush as his only RB, and won't pick again until round 5. He absolutely needs a RB, and will be taking Barber. I think Wayne is a much better value than than barber or brown at this spot. Unless one of the other guys thinks Wayne is a better value than Gore, (which I don't think will happen), then Wayne should fall. I think I'll be able to follow that up with either Kevin Smith, Ronnie Brown, or Ryan Grant. Any of those three would be a solid RB2 with my 3 WR all ready set.

Also, in a PPR league, how do you like Donald Brown?
