10 Team, ESPN Redraft League, RB, RB/WR, WR, WR, WR/TE, TE

I have the 1st overall pick and I made an offer to my league-mate with the 3rd overall pick, who countered with the following trade:
Trading his: 1st Round (3rd pick), 7th (63rd), 19th (183rd), and 20th (198th)

for

My: 2nd (20th), 3rd (21st), 5th (41st), and 20th (200th) (He wanted "Mr. Irrevelant")

I think the price is steep, but am considering it solely because the possibility of pairing Adrian Peterson with Doug Martin/Marshawn Lynch would seemingly be a huge advantage in a league where you can only start 2 RB's. Additionally, there is no one around the 15th-25th Rank/ADP I'm super high on (going with the Prom strategy) and would rather select a bunch of mid tier wide receivers (a la Jordy Nelson) in the 4th, 6th, and 7th (twice) then be stuck with some wide receivers I'm not as hip on.

Have I rationalized myself into considering a horrible decision?
Or is this a semi- reasonable trade offer to obtain the 3rd overall pick?

Thanks.

It's not a bad trade but on the flipside, most of the trustworthy players go in the first 4-5 rounds. I'd be inclined not to do it.

Counter-counter offer made:

Trading his:
1st Round (3rd pick), 12th (118th), and 20th (198th)

for

My: 2nd (20th), 3rd (21st), and 6th (60th)

Thoughts? Instead of parting with the 41st pick, the 60th is a little more tolerable. Is it worth it?

That first round pick is getting a bit overvalued there. Sure, you get two big name RBs but after that, you draft your first WR in the 4th? Maybe another in the 5th? Then hope Romo falls to you? Those late round picks aren't worth all that much. Not my kind of trade.
