If the Falcons clinch the division in the next couple weeks (read: before the fantasy playoffs). They have a 4 game lead over Tampa Bay. Would Matt Ryan, Tony Gonzalez, Julio Jones, and Roddy White be considered less valuable assuming they'll be rested in the final regular season weeks?

And for me, who is better ROS Wes Welker or Roddy White?

It's possible but not probable that ATL goes 16-0. It's also possible but not probable that they have a big enough lead that they sit out week 16.
