I am in a bit of a jam with Sproles going down. Looking to add some RB depth. Unfortunately, not a lot out there. How would you rate these replacements?

Probably the order you wrote them in. Starks is mediocre at best and splitting time with Alex Green, and I believe Reece is expected to get the bulk of the touches for Oakland.
