I know you want Sky's opinion, so this will be my drive-by 2 cents. You're down grading in WR and TE, and upgrading in RB. The upgrade in RB is pointless with your team which has 7 RBs. Of those 7 RBs, you have some great trading chips with their current situation. Your team would be better off packaging Andre and a RB for a top tier WR or Hernandez and RB for Jimmy Graham. Or try to get Adrian Foster. The point I'm trying to get across is to trade up to a top tier and not sideways or down. You need to be packaging Green, Felix, or Johnson.

But my question is, isn't Mathews a really big upgrade over my RB #2 behind Lynch? Chris Johnson is crap, and Morris has been doing good but general sense is that he could be replaced at any moment.
Would McCoy fall under the same category as Foster? Would i be trading sideways when trading for him?

Mathews is not a big upgrade in my opinion. I like LeShoure, Spiller and Johnson to have good games for you down the road.
Harvin and Hernandez should not be traded unless you get a top 7 RB. I have Mathews not in that tier.

Mathews would be a slight upgrade, but the cost is a large degrade from Percy to Floyd. If you don't pull the trigger on a 2 for 1 or 3 for 2 trade you'll being dropping someone to pick up a QB for Ryan's bye this week. Your window to trade Green and Felix for a good return will soon be closing. On Morris, it's week 7 and there is no hint of a running back-by-committee in Washington and he is ranked in the top 5 of running backs. These would be the trade packages I would send out:
Andre Johnson & Felix or Green or CJ2K or LeShoure = Tier 1 WR
Hernandez & Felix or Green or CJ2K or LeShoure = Graham
Morris & Felix or Green or CJ2K or LeShoure = Ray Rice, Foster
Having good players on your bench that you know you won't start isn't doing much good. Outside of bye weeks you'll more than likely be starting Lynch and Morris. What good are these other RBs when they'll be riding the pine most of the season?

I wouldn't want to lose Harvin, I value him higher than Matthews. See if you can get him to take Andre Johnson or Jordy.

Your team looks better than his.
Bad schedule luck?
