You actually start 3RB/4WR/2TE? Kinda crazy. If so, you did well. QB is obviously your weakness for this year which Ponder/Kolb are signs of. I'd prefer to have a top 12 QB as my QB1 in this type of league so you are fairly exposed in that regard but you have the advantage of playing matchups with the depth. Hopefully someone is QB hungry and you can move Kolb (I'd be surprised if he's the starter/useful this year). All and all, good work. Just try and shore up your QB situation ASAP.

Have you given me all the info I need to judge your team? The number of teams in the league is a good start for the big overall questions.

Those are some wacky roster requirements. The QB slots are pretty ugly for a two QB league. I would have sacrificed one of those great RB or WR picks for a better QB1.
