I have a $200 budget. I can keep up to 4 players, not including the $1 players you'll see below. Some players must also be kept for 2013 if they are kept for 2012. The "2-year deal" players are undroppable for those two years, so a bad player could waste a roster spot. We have fairly standard rosters: QB, RB, RB, RB/WR, WR, WR, TE, K, DEF, plus 6 bench spots and an IR spot.
QB - Big Ben ($31 in 2012, plus $36 in 2013) RB - C Johnson ($72) RB - Rice ($63) RB - McCoy ($45 in 2012, plus $50 in 2013) WR - Bowe ($43 in 2012, plus $48 in 2013) WR - V Jackson ($32 in 2012, plus $37 in 2013) WR - M Williams - TB ($27 in 2012, plus $32 in 2013) WR - A Brown ($10) TE - Graham ($17)
$1 players: AJ Green (signed for 2012) LaMichael James (should I sign him for 2012 and 2013 for $1 each year?)
I'm currently leaning towards keeping Rice, McCoy, Brown, and Graham, plus Green and James. The downside is that it would cost $137. I'd have $63 for the other 9 roster spots. And I'd have 3 players (McCoy, Green, and James) that are undroppable. But those keepers are pretty good.
The questions:
1. Which non-$1 players would you keep (up to 4)? 2. Would you keep LaMichael James for $1 (this year and next)?
