I would have went with WR first at your position then RB then QB(maybe) the thing is with 16 teams and 3 WR slots WR are far more valuable because theyll book up soon. the late round sleepers will be in the third slot for most teams and the mediocre players as well. They wont be available on WW even later into the season. it makes elite WR far more valuable. other than that I think your team stands good chance in 16 team league.. i dont like vick because i dont.. and i think hell be hurt but thats just me. looks pretty solid outside my bias though.. good luck.
