Let's say for one second that a league doesn't count interceptions but counts every 5 completions as a point and every 5 incompletions as a negative point. How do you think Cutler stacks up against the Romo, Rivers, etc tier in that kind of format?

In that format I see him closing in on those guys, but they will still be safer.
