Here's my roster, H2H 10-team Yahoo league...

QB- Anderson
WR- A. Johnson, B. Edwards, W. Welker
RB- A. Peterson, B. Jacobs
TE- C. Cooley
BN- O. Daniels, J. Walker, M. Schaub, R. Williams, D. Williams
K- Folk
DEF- Minnesota
BN- Jacksonville

I don't know too much about fantasy football so I'm coming here for advice on my team. Anybody I should look to pickup from waivers ? Here is what the wire looks like sorted by projected / actual...

stand pat my man. that is a good team. i don't love d. anderson, but you can plug schaub in. the texans have a rough stretch next three weeks, then he might be a decent play. by then you know about DA. you are solid everywhere else and there isn't anyone on waivers worth nabbing at this point. if you're new to FFB the key is to save up that waiver wire priority and pounce when the first RB goes down. you might also grab whoever emerges as jacobs backup (if/when available) as a handcuff.

That's not enough for Cooley. Fasano's an intriguing free agent add, not a guy to trade for. Don't worry about Cooley, he'll still get the goal line looks.

Garrard is not a guy I'd want this year. Lost 2 starters on the O-line yesterday, possibly for the year.

I think D Anderson is a good play and Schaub is OK for your bye week. Cleveland will have to score in bunches to make up for that defense, just like last year.

As for free agents, look at Andre Hall tonight. If he gets the goal line touches he'd be a good add in place of Rickie Williams. I don't trust him.

Agree with Dodgerdog, you're team is solid, though AP doesn't look so hot tonight. He'll be fine going forward, GB always tough to run on.

Hope you're winning, keep us posted.

it happens, but you don't want to panic. braylon edwards did nothing, DA wasn't great, but you have to wait a month before doing anything drastic.

Fasano is going to be the Dolphins leading receiver this season. He's worth trading for if you can get him cheap. Cust Kayin'. Actually, I dont think that works for football discussions. Hrmmm.

Ace, if it's not too late, I would strongly encourage you to drop Javon Walker for DeSean Jackson.

Too late for the Jackson pickup...I'm not a huge fan of Derek Anderson, so much that I would rather have Brett Favre be my starter instead of him. What kind of trade should I try for him?

My Team:

QB- Anderson
WR- A. Johnson, B. Edwards, W. Welker
RB- A. Peterson, B. Jacobs
TE- C. Cooley
BN- O. Daniels, J. Walker, M. Schaub, R. Williams, D. Williams
K- Folk
DEF- Minnesota
BN- Jacksonville

His Team:

QB-Palmer
WR- R. Wayne, R. Williams, R. White
RB- S. Jackson, T. Jones
TE- Gonzalez
BN-McGahee, Driver, Favre, Royal, Scheffler, Curtis
K-Rackers
DEF-Ten

I want to deal Anderson get Favre, but don't know who else to include in this trade...any suggestions?
