Goddamit, that's what I get for going out for dinner with the wife. I'm waiting to see if Votto is in the starting lineup before activating him, but by the time I get home the guy I've slotted in at Util (Marlon fucking Byrd) has already "started" his game (though he was not actually in the starting lineup) and although I see that Votto is in the lineup, I cannot in good conscience sub him in for either Morneau or A-Gon, by 1B and CI. Naturally, Joey hits a couple of homers on the evening.

I blame Byrd for this catastrophe.

i feel you man..as bad as i am getting beat this week, my opponent's team had an off day and if i woulda seen Votto was starting in time, i'd be in a 5-5 tie instead of losing 4-7...i'm just mr. unlucky this week cuz this is the 3rd time the same exact thing has happened to me in a single week (didn't get home in time to put lowell in, and then didn't get to my computer in time to put reynolds in for his 1 hr)

Yeah, and I just traded Votto...DOH!

On a similiar note, I had Nelson Cruz benched...and yep 2 HR's.
