You Diddly What?

Got a good suggestion to add to our Glossary (http://razzball.com/fantasy-baseball-terms/)? Here's where to submit it...

You Diddly What?

Postby GopherDay » Wed Dec 09, 2009 8:38 pm

You Diddly What?

Its what you say when the coach of one of your fantasy players decides to give him an off day when you really need him to play, or pulls your closer with two outs in the ninth and he doesn't get a save. Another example would be if the coach pulls your starter in the 5th inning of a tie game and he doesn't get the win.

The term is a combination of: "You did what?" and "Thats Diddly Squat!"

*This is the first time I have ever suggested a Razzball Glossary Suggestion, so I won't be offended if this just totally sucks.

I like the general area, but I'm not sure about the actual term.

If you want me to look at your team, post the team. Don't post a link to another site where the team is.
Have you given me all the info I need to judge your team? The number of teams in the league is a good start for the big overall questions.
Is your league H2H? Roto?
I don't know who's on your waivers. Don't just ask me who you should pick up. Give me names to choose from.
If you only have one team, post your team in your signature with the league parameters.
I don't know every single matchup for next week, so if you want me to choose a player for the following week and you think the matchups are important, tell me who they're facing.

My sentiments also, I just can't come up with anything better.

What about Schnook?

"He schnooked me yesterday!" or "I feel schnooked!"

Word has no significance, just sound funny! :D

Schnooked is a funny word, but it doesn't conjure the definition. Needs a lot of explanation.

Ah, I now figured out a way Schnooked could work, it sort of sounds like crook. Still not that great though.
