hmm, how about:
Muscle Sprouts - The suspicious year-over-year power increase seen in some players that lends itself to steroid accusations. Muscle Sprouts are like Bizarro Brussels Sprouts as they are appetizing and unhealthy. See Brady Anderson (1996) and Jay Bell (1999). Can also be used to explain a fluky power stretch from an otherwise non-power hitter - e.g., Marco Scutaro and Aaron Hill are cookin' up some muscle sprouts in April 2009.
